Pavel Streblov, Business Director at Penta Real Estate talks about the company’s development and investment strategy and shared his expectations for the year ahead.

What does Petr say about the current situation in the market, where tenants are currently trying to save as much as possible and where the pandemic has disrupted the income of real estate investors?
He has been operating in the financial market for more than twenty years. He has been a part of BH SECURITIES, which focuses on securities trading and other investment opportunities, since 2004. During his time at BHS, he has held several positions. Pavel Borovička helped with the development of the company's new products, was at the very beginning of investment certificates, investment gold, and corporate bond issues, which BHS helped to implement, and since 2017 has focused on a new real estate fund for qualified investors focused on commercial real estate in Europe.
