Since 2013, FETTERS has been engaged in the complex management of construction projects. His signature is on a wide range of buildings throughout the Czech Republic. From the concert hall in Ostrava to the Regional Hospital in Liberec and the indoor swimming pool in Nymburk to the City Hall of Prague 12 or the Embassy of the Republic of Korea. The biggest challenge so far is the project management of the Vltava Philharmonic in Prague.

The company decided to use its rich experience in setting up construction projects in residential development. "During eleven years, we have built a solid position in the project management of various types of buildings," explains Tomáš Fetters, CEO and owner of FETTERS. "In the Panorama Braník project, we capitalized on our rich experience and want to offer our customers the best of our know-how," he adds.

Panorama in the sign of sevens

The multifunctional 14-storey apartment building Panorama Braník will offer 77 apartments and 7 commercial units at the interface of the villa development, greenery and tower blocks. Customers can choose from a wide range of apartments from 1+kk with 30 m2 to 5+kk with an area of ​​approximately 120 m2. On the upper floors there are two maisonette apartments with panoramic views and spacious terraces.

"Panorama Braník maximizes our experience with construction project management. We know what to look out for and how to proceed. From the project to the permit to the final construction quality," explains Tomáš Fetters. The multi-functional house project was carefully optimized based on the efficiency of layouts. "We wanted to offer affordable apartments in which we would like to live ourselves," the company owner points out.

Among the advantages of the Panorama Braník project are large-format windows that bring enough light into the apartments and allow a unique view of Prague. Overheating of interiors will be prevented by front window blinds, the preparation of which is part of the implementation. All apartments have a cellar, most of them have a balcony, a terrace and an indoor parking space. 4 and 5+kk apartments have the option of two parking spaces.

The project in general

In its new role, the company bet on responsible development. "I'm happy when projects cultivate unused localities, bring them back to life and offer benefits not only to their residents, but also to the wider area," says Tomáš Fetters.

The building is designed in accordance with the principles of green architecture. The roof of the shops on the ground floor will be planted with vegetation, which will reduce the overheating of the building and diversify the views of the upper floors. A retention tank holding rainwater will be used to irrigate the greenery. The flower pots integrated into every balcony and terrace will allow you to grow even larger plants, enliven the entire height of the facade and ensure a timeless and tasteful appearance of the building.

Part of the project is the modification of the adjacent intersection of Údolní and Vavřenova streets in cooperation with the mixed district of Prague 4 and BESIP. The plan is to incorporate the bay of the bus stop, lighting pedestrian crossings and overall improvement of traffic clarity.

The advantage of the revitalization of the built-up area is the existence of civic amenities, which the Panorama Braník project can build on. In contrast to projects that arise on the periphery, everything here is practically within reach. Schools, kindergartens, cycle paths, greenery and public transport, as well as shops, restaurants or recreation in the aquatic habitat.

Sales of apartments in the Panorama Braník project will start in September 2024 under the direction of FETTERS. "We would like to offer clients not only a quality product, but also services. That's why we have our own sales team and an offer of services related to the purchase of a new property, such as client changes or mortgage services," concludes Tomáš Fetters.
