The Luxembourg court dismissed Kingstown's action against CPI Property Group as non-material

CPI Property Group ('CPIPG') announces that on 21 June 2019 it received a judgment of the Luxembourg District Court in which the Court of First Instance dismissed Kingstown's action against CPIPG 2015 as materially unenforceable against the CPIPG. According to the Court, the application did not contain any clear and comprehensible claims which the court could have heard and which the CPIPG could defend in court.

The zoning decision for Eurovea 2 was confirmed

Construction of Eurovea 2, including the first Slovak skyscraper Eurovea Tower, has achieved another significant milestone. Appeals against the project in the zoning proceedings were dismissed by the Appellate Body and in the coming days the zoning decision will come into force within the scope of a complex of six buildings. Eurovea 2 can thus continue the authorization process.
