CA Immo completes Mississippi House and Missouri Park office buildings in the River City Prague office campus in the area of Karlín
First tenants: ADASTRA, Allen & Overy and BATIST Medical Holding
All 5 buildings of the River City Prague campus are now complete with a lettable area totalling 84,000 sqm
The buildings are targeting highest sustainability standards (LEED platinum) as well as tenant health and wellbeing features (WELL Platinum and WELL Health&Safety rating)
• The new tenant is the law firm, Allen & Overy
• The Mississippi house and Missouri Park are scheduled for completion in July
• Both buildings meet not only the standards for WELL Core & Shell and LEED Platinum certifications but also WELL
Based on an architectural design by the DAM.architekti studio, Port7 will include 3 new administrative buildings, which upon planned completion in the second quarter of 2023 will offer 35,000 sqm of office and retail space.
CA Immo has entered into a lease agreement with the international group BATIST Medical Holding for 1,000 square meters in the Missouri Park office building, which is currently under construction. The area of Prague 8 - Karlín belongs to the premium office locations and in combination with the high quality of this building we managed to achieve a record amount of rent for this city district as well.
