The total lettable area of the Beta building is 19,000 m2 on 9 above-ground and 3 underground floors, with 330 parking spaces available. The building was designed by Aulík Fišer architekti.

Two new premium properties will be built at River City Prague, located in the attractive location of Karlín in the Rohanský Island area. Nearly 180 new branches of Spaces coworking space were opened all over the world this year. The network already has 3,500 centers and since September it has also included the Prague Albatros. According to information provided by The Instant Group, client interest increased by 19% year-on-year.
