BNP Paribas Cardif Pojišťovna, the Czech branch of the world's leading insurance company BNP Paribas Cardif, has moved to new offices. All employees moved from the existing headquarters to larger and more modern premises of the DOCK office complex in Palmovka, Prague. Here the company gains more space for its long-term growth in a brand new building, in a dynamically developing location and close to greenery. It gives employees the opportunity to flexibly select their jobs and have enough places adapted to different types of work or rest.
The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency arranged the lease of 480 m2 of office space in a completely revitalized, originally conceived building in Prague's Nusle, which in the 20th century served as a renowned sausage maker Augustin Sebek. The rugged building located in the courtyard has since September housed an important ticketing company Six Dots Entertainment Group.

Last year, the existing tenants of Uniprog and Webhelp Enterprise Sales Solutions expanded significantly in the administrative part, and Intens Corporation, a provider of services in the field of transport telematics, has moved in. The total lettable area of the Beta building is 19,000 m2 on 9 above-ground and 3 underground floors, with 330 parking spaces available. The building was designed by Aulík Fišer architekti.
