Expandia is a private holding company engaged in investing in projects of private equity and venture capital in the Czech Republic and Central and Eastern European countries. The Expandia group views its investment priorities in two primary areas. The first is industrial investments in the field of manufacturing and services in which Expandia typically assesses potential acquisitions of existing companies although projects in the early stages of development (greenfield, startup, early-stage) are often considered as well. The other major type of investment is into real estate projects (residential and commercial space, hotels and logistics parks).
