The company Pankrác, a.s. was established in 1994. After 1995, when the decision was taken to convert the former industrial building into an administrative-retail centre, considerable financial resources were spent on repairs and reconstruction of the complex. The result is a modern and constantly developing real estate complex, which is leased for commercial activities.
