We are an Irish company specializing in the operation of aparthotels and serviced apartments. With currently around 8000 apartments, of which approximately 6000 are operational, we are active in various countries such as Ireland, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Germany. Additionally, we have new projects in cities such as Munich and Amsterdam in the planning stages.

Our long-term lease agreements of over 20 years are strengthened by institutional backing. Our landlords include reputable institutions such as Union Investment Real Estate, Deka, CommerzReal, DWS, LaSalle, Schroders, as well as family offices. The company is largely owned by Walsh FO, with additional shareholders including the Irish State Fund ISIF and wealthy individuals.

Currently, we are seeking properties in Prague that meet our requirements:

A minimum area of 3000 square meters – for prime city center locations, we are also interested in slightly smaller spaces.
Acquisition of existing hotels with approximately 80 rooms.
Central locations in A-cities, preferably with excellent public transportation connections.
Both new constructions and office conversions are of interest to us.
Our rooms are generally available in three sizes: 18/24/32 square meters, each equipped with a kitchenette.
A limited offering of gastronomy (breakfast only).
