Hello, we are looking for an office space with a complete fit-out (can be without furniture).
I would also like to add the specification of the space we are looking for:
Location Prague 1,2,3,5,7,8
Area - 80 - 150 - 200 m2
Layout - at least 1 closed office, the rest can be open space, but at the same time we are open to finishing partitions
At least 1 parking space in the garage Lease period - for three years or for five years
Budget for renting offices - 100,000 NOK (without VAT
), very roughly, ideally up to EUR 20/m2
Start date - ideally we would have an idea of the possibilities in January/February, start then from 1 April 2025
We prefer the proximity of metro line B, from Anděl to Palmovka/Českomoravská
We do not stick to any of the above, but the most important are location/address, transport availability and acreage.
