Paramount building is a six-storied office building with two underfloor garage floors and a central reception desk at ground floor. The building is equipped with electronic security system, which is connected to the Alarm Receiving Center. Entrance to the building is enabled 24/7/365 using magnetic cards. There are two elevators for 12 people in the building. Offices are equipped with dropped ceilings, units for seasonal cooling/heating, openable windows and rooms without windows are connected to the distribution of air exchange. Toilets are common, women’s, men’s and wheelchair accessible, for one floor. Each room has a kitchenette with SV, water and waste connections.
Paramount Building is situated in dynamicaly developed district of Prague 7 - Holešovice. This location offers a great connection to the city centre and also untroubled connection to D1 highway. Excellent accessibility by public transport - metro station Nádraží Holešovice and ample of tram lines in walking distance.
