Expected trends include a major transformation that will transform traditional offices into central spaces for interaction, collaboration, innovation and employee training.
Reading the amenity lists of modern office buildings in major cities, you might think you’re looking at a hotel and not a typical commercial property. Indeed, buildings have come a long way from the days when a coffee shop or lobby fountain was all that you could hope for at your workplace.
