Wooden tree and a view of Špilberk. Smartlook has moved to new design spaces in the center of Brno

The Brno startup Smartlook, which focuses on analyzing the behavior of users of websites and mobile applications around the world, has moved to new offices in the center of Brno. The modern premises provide plenty of space for employees to meet and hold corporate events. The design of the interior was undertaken by the PREMIER interiors studio, which used unique elements such as a standing wooden tree or heraclith ceilings. In addition to the unique design, the new place offers a view of the entire surroundings of the largest city in Moravia from Pálava to the Moravian Karst.

Why do you need data visualization?

Do you remember the filing cabinets of the ’90s? There would be entire rooms lined with the metal behemoths. They would contain all the memos, contact info, contracts – everything you could need, lost in the metal boxes. Today we’ve mostly moved away from all those metal boxes to just one – our computers. The first office building of the AFI City multifunctional complex in Vysočany was approved

Developer AFI Europe has completed the first commercial building in the newly built AFI City district on a large brownfield in Prague 9 - Vysočany. The elegant AFI City 1 office tower, with a height of 75 meters, has become a new dominant feature of the rapidly developing location around the Kolbenova metro station. Behind the distinctive façade with an atypical lattice and a pearl effect, there are 17,300 m2 of modern offices, complemented by a retail unit, storage facilities and an underground car park with a capacity of more than 300 parking spaces, a bicycle shed and showers. The construction work was carried out in accordance with the principles of sustainability, so the building has already received the green pre-certification BREEAM Excellent. The CMC architects studio is behind the project design, Gemo was the general contractor for the construction and OM Consulting provided construction supervision. AFI Europe's total investment exceeded 40 million euros.
