The Polish company Business Link, which deals with the rental of jobs in shared premises, has sold its Holešovice office building to Scott.Weber and is thus ending up in the Czech Republic. The price of the transaction was not disclosed by either party. Hospodářské noviny informed about it.
AFI Europe has signed an agreement to purchase the Avenir Business Park office center in Prague 5, owned by one of the funds of the British company Tristan Capital Partners. The premium office complex with a total leasable area of more than 25,600 m2 is almost 100% occupied. Prestigious tenants include companies such as ČSOB, ING, Porsche, McDonald’s, Dermacol and Coloplast. The value of the transaction, including certain settlements, is EUR 66.5 million. The transaction will be completed as soon as the seller meets the pre-agreed conditions in the transaction contract.
Before the end of 2020, a new form of cooperation between CPI Property Group and M2C began. Facility management, which the CPI Property Group has so far provided for most properties, will now be managed by M2C. At the same time, it welcomes employees from the current facility management division in CPI Property Group.

HB Reavis Group’s first development in Hungary, located in the heart of the Váci út office corridor in Budapest, has been purchased by a group of investors represented by Zeus Capital Management. This acquisition is made by Zeus Capital Management in relation to its commercial properties investment platform dedicated to Central East and South East Europe.
The Czech development and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP has completed its successful and exemplary cooperation with the Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz city district. Ostrava City Hall applied the option for the priority purchase of the historical building in which the city district’s offices are located. Once again PASSERINVEST GROUP has shown that it is possible to do business in the Czech Republic honestly, according to the rules and without any outside influences or corrupt behaviour.
