UBM Development Czechia prepared a special event for the education of the general and specialist public "Open Days" in the residential projects Arcus City and Timber Prague. These are guided tours, during which it is possible to view unique apartment buildings made of CLT panels equipped with modern technologies installed in individual apartments and houses. Guided tours take place every working day from Monday to Friday, the start is always at 1:00 p.m. Those interested meet at the sales center at the project site, in Hasilova Street, Prague - Řeporyje. The Timber Praha apartment buildings with BREEAM Excellent ecological certification and the most energy efficient category A are part of the Arcus City project. The future owners will move into the newly created neighborhood in the fall of 2024. The Arcus City residential complex offers a total of 278 residential units with layouts of 1+kk to 4+kk and five retail units. Residents have already moved into 150 apartments, and with the approval of buildings G, H, I and J, K, L, M in the summer months of 2024, the implementation of the project will be completed. The sale of the project is handled exclusively by the real estate agency Lexxus Norton.
With the construction of the initial stage of the SO-HO Residence project, the largest Slovak housing developer, CRESCO REAL ESTATE, is entering the real estate market in the Czech Republic. For its first-ever residential project in the Czech Republic, the company has chosen the former Tesla Holešovice industrial complex, which will undergo a major transformation. A modern residential complex with almost five hundred flats will be built on the site of the current neglected car park and unused industrial building.
Současné úspěšné lokality rodinných domů najdete v blízkosti metra, linek MHD, páteřních komunikací nebo obchodních center. A tyto domy jsou přitom stále i v bezprostřední blízkosti přírody, travnatých ploch nebo městských parků.
