Based on an architectural design by the DAM.architekti studio, Port7 will include 3 new administrative buildings, which upon planned completion in the second quarter of 2023 will offer 35,000 sqm of office and retail space.
The administrative building Five is yet another building from the portfolio of Skanska Property to boast the LEED Platinum certificate for Core & Shell. Five has been awarded with 89 points, which according to available data is the highest score in the field of speculative development in the Czech Republic.
Skanska has sold Corso Court, its office project in Prague. The building has been purchased by global investment manager Invesco Real Estate on behalf of one of its German separate account mandates. This is Skanska’s second investment in the Czech capital to be acquired by Invesco Real Estate.
