That is why Home Credit is planning to expand its network with other branches in the Czech Republic. For example, it will open a new branch in Děčín in the near future. The company currently has seven branches in the Czech Republic and 15 in Slovakia.
"Our experience confirms that branches still make sense today and we have clients who prefer them. Many of them come to us for advice on the online environment, we help them with installing the application, navigating the offer or with administrative matters that they do not want to deal with over the phone. And of course, it is also true that a brick-and-mortar branch is still a trusted place for many people to negotiate a loan and actually sign a contract for those who do not yet prefer the online world," explains Milan Cáder, Marketing and Product Director of Home Credit Czech Republic and Slovakia.
At Home Credit branches, clients can arrange the company's traditional products, such as a flexible loan for consumers and entrepreneurs, a handy account, consolidation, and also a preferential purpose-specific loan for goods and technologies that help reduce the environmental burden and bring energy savings. An important part of the services is also service. Clients come here, for example, to update their personal data, if they want to change the amount of the installment, increase the loan, ask about additional payments and termination of the contract, or vice versa, to sign a new contract if they do not want to use online signing via the application or SMS.
The opening hours of Home Credit branches are always from Monday to Sunday, always from 9:00 to 20:00, and clients can find them in Olomouc, Opava, Ostrava, Prague, Zlín, Teplice and Karviná. Home Credit creates an environment where clients feel comfortable, so in addition to professional assistance, good coffee is also available at the branches.
