Leading commercial real estate consultancy Prochazka & Partners has secured the lease of almost 4,400 square metres for the entire KNOWLIMITS group in the iconic building of the former headquarters of the Economia publishing house on Pernerova Street. “Karlín today represents a dynamically developing district with a unique mix of restaurants, cafes and other services.
