The ÚOHS competition authorities sanctioned the sale at the beginning of May. No purchase price has so far been disclosed. The 27-storey building, the tallest in the capital at 109m, contains 44,000 sqm of office space. It is 95 pct leased, with main tenant being Raiffeisen Bank. The seller is Consideratio, a subsidiary of Proxy-Finance, which bought the property from Marpona in 2012. The latter purchased the building from the now bankrupt ECM in 2009 for EUR 130 mln.
