Scott.Weber Workspace has leased more than 4,000 m2 within the NR7 project at a prestigious address on Prague's Republic Square. The development company Crestyl has built modern retail and office space in a historic building from 1905, right next to the Kotva department store, which will now be occupied by Scott.Weber Workspace's new co-working center. "This is another successful cooperation between Prochazka & Partners and Scott.Weber Workspace, which fulfills its expansion strategy. Thanks to our perfect knowledge of the market and strong position in the commercial real estate segment, we are able to offer the best office projects and the best addresses within Prague, as well as other regions of the Czech Republic, to help fulfill this strategy," says Radek Procházka, Managing Partner at Prochazka & Partners, adding: "The NR7 building is a unique and attractive building in the very heart of Prague. The combination of a historic building and a completely modern reconstruction gives this building a unique genius loci. I believe it will be one of the flagships of Scott.Weber Workspace.”

“Thanks to the combination of a first-class working environment and services inspired by the standards of top hotels, Scott.Weber Workspace allows its clients to get the most out of every working day, both in their professional and personal lives. The project at Náměstí Republiky 7, which offers more than 90 offices with 3 to 50 workplaces, takes this standard to a whole new level. It is a lifestyle center where our clients can look forward not only to perfectly equipped work facilities and fitness & wellness zones, but also to the above-standard services of a chef, barber or masseur. I am truly happy to be able to cooperate with Prochazka & Partners on another amazing project,” says Adam Zvada, founder and CEO of Scott.Weber Workspace.

“The popularity of coworking is constantly growing, and it is therefore not surprising that these spaces have become an integral part of our office projects. Scott.Weber Workspace is our close business partner in this area, whose vision for the coworking space concept we fully trust. We are therefore really pleased that, thanks to the great cooperation with Prochazka & Partners, they will also appear within the NR7 project,” says Simon Johnson, Director of Crestyl.
