Passerinvest Group, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as Passerinvest), presented its ESG strategy and the specific goals it wants to achieve in the future. Passerinvest has long actively supported efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development goals adopted by all member states of the UN Council in 2015. Through a series of measures, it has specified a set of objectives in its ESG strategy for reducing its carbon footprint, energy consumption, amount of water consumed and non-recyclable waste produced, for developing above-standard partnerships within local communities, and for creating a welcoming environment for employees, tenants and neighbours.
This year, Passerinvest Group, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as Passerinvest), which has long been developing the locality in the vicinity of the Roztyly metro station, contributed a generous amount of CZK 1 million to the support of cultural/social events of the Prague 11 city district. The events are open to the general public and their programme is always very diverse, from concerts of various genres and exhibitions to workshops and programmes for children.
At the beginning of April, Passerinvest Group introduced the new visual identity of the Brumlovka locality. In connection with the newly-chosen communication identity, there was also a redesign of the website and primarily the launch of a new Brumlovka mobile app. The visually pure and user-friendly mobile app offers a comprehensive overview of everything the locality offers the general public. Users who download the app will have access to a map with navigation throughout all of Brumlovka, an overview of the daily menus of the individual restaurants and cafeterias, a calendar of events, a map of parking lots and charging stations, and the offer of sports facilities, parks and playgrounds. Another benefit is the timetable for all the mass transit routes passing through the location. The app also includes the current offer of space for rent.
In mid-December, a new tenant - Avatar VR Park - rented the premises of Prague's Brumlovka (BB Center) in Building G. It is the largest virtual reality park in the Czech Republic, which focuses on virtual and augmented reality. Visitors will find action, sports, balance and educational games here. The premises are also equipped with a VR café and are an ideal place for parties and new corporate events. The owner and administrator of the building is the Passerinvest Group.
Prague's BB Centrum (Brumlovka) has long been more than just an administrative function, in addition to first-class offices, you will also find a wide range of shops and services. And it is in them that you can comfortably buy all the Christmas presents for your loved ones, because the options are really very varied and will satisfy even the most demanding customers. Among the shops in Brumlovka you will find boutiques with designer clothes, luxury jewelry, Scandinavian home appliances or exclusive places for sports and relaxation.
The Passerinvest Group, an investment and development company whose flagship project is Prague’s BB Centrum (Brumlovka), has begun the construction of the new Roztyly Plaza office building. The building, with a total area of 23,000 m2 from the workshop of the architect studio Aulík Fišer architekti, is going up right by the Roztyly metro station (C line) in Prague 11. Apart from the office function, the project also offers a public P+R parking lot and several retail units, which will significantly expand the local civic amenities.
Building B in Prague's BB Center (Brumlovce) won the HOF Awards 2021 (Hall of Fame - Best of the Best) in the Best of the Best Legacy (Redevelopment) Development category as the best reconstructed building in Central and Southeastern Europe. A complete renovation of the interior, exterior and surroundings of Building B was completed last summer, and the building is currently almost completely occupied. In November of this year, Passerinvest Group will open a new concept of coworking and flexible FLEKSI offices here.
PASSERINVEST GROUP, the investment company and Czech builder behind the creation of BB Centrum (Brumlovka) in Prague 4, invested more than a quarter billion crowns in the modification and construction of the public space in 2020 and the first half of 2021. The amount of CZK 275 million crowns, without any state or other subsidies, was used for, among other things, repairs to Želetavska Street, the construction of the new Náměstí Ellen G. Whiteové, the installation of the moving sculpture “Brouk” (Beetle) and the reconstruction of Balance Club Brumlovka. In this way, the company is fulfilling its philosophy to build a sustainable, and environmentally- and user-friendly environment, which has been part of the company’s DNA from the very beginning.
