O2 universe will be open in September and will welcome the World Congress of Anesthetists in 2020.

A new multifunctional cultural and congress center O 2 universum will be launched in September 2019 . It should serve as a center for large international congresses and corporate events. "The main goal of the project is to bring congress events that have not previously come to Prague - either by the number of participants or by the exhibition space requirements associated with the congress," says Robert Schaffer, Chairman and CEO of Bestsport and O 2 Arena.

CA IMMO: Success in the lease of Prague office properties

GLL, a German real estate fund, has sold the Diamant business and office center in Prague on Wenceslas Square. The BMO Financial Group, a Canadian financial group, bought the property in the lower part of the Wenceslas Square next to the Koruna Palace. The change of owner follows from the Commercial Register.
