“We have been working with Continental Automotive for many years and during this time we always strive to find a way to optimally satisfy their needs for expansion. It's not always easy, but we've always found a solution. We appreciate the fact that Continental Automotive is part of our portfolio and we want them to always be successful in our area, ” said Pavel Hain-Schmiedberk, Senior Asset Manager at CPI Property Group .
“We very much appreciate the mutual cooperation with CPI Property Group, which strives to meet our requirements. The background that it provides to us meets the standards required for our production, and we are delighted to use the space, ” adds Martin Soukup, Continental Automotive's Building Management Manager at Brandys nad Labem .
At present, the industrial area of Brandýs nad Labem consists of three production halls, two administrative buildings and two storage halls with a total area of almost 32,000 m2. The complex is completely leased by Continental Automotive Czech Republic, which specializes in the production of interior electronics and car control units . The company's customers include the world's largest automakers, so its products come in brands such as VW, PSA, Daimler, Renault, Fiat, Toyota and many others. The Brandýs plant was also the first of the Czech Continental races to receive ISO 50 001 for energy management.
Archaeological exploration is currently taking place on site and the construction work itself will begin after the building permit is officially issued. In total, an area of 5000 m2 will be rented, with a built-up area of about half of the leasable space.
CPI Property Group currently manages more than 1 million m2 of leasable space for industrial projects with ongoing permitting processes at 9 different locations in the Czech Republic.
