By the end of 2029, Passerinvest Group plans to complete four new buildings, two of which will offer more than two hundred rental apartments in addition to offices and commercial space. As part of the Nové Roztyly project, it is also planning to build a separate residential project with 650 residential units, which will be intended for both sale and rental. The total investment will amount to 21 billion crowns.

HILA in the Brumlovka area
In addition to offices, the Hila building will also bring new rental apartments to the market | Passerinvest Group
The fifteen-story building called Hila offers 20,200 square meters of office space on eight floors above ground. From the ninth to the fifteenth floor, after the construction is completed, there will be 71 fully equipped apartments with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk.
In addition to two thousand square meters of roof terraces and 2,300 square meters of commercial space in the arcade and on the ground floor of Vyskočilova, Jemnická and Želetavská streets, the Hila building will also have 430 underground parking spaces.
