CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, facilitated the sale of the premium office building Praga Studios in Prague 8 - Karlin worth EUR 55 million. The newly built and already rented property with an area of approximately 12,000 square meters was completed by the development company Skanska this June. CBRE Global Investors (CBRE GI) became its new owner.

Prague will soon acquire new office space in two interesting locations. Since Thursday, August 1, New Work, a provider of fully furnished serviced offices, has opened its work space in the Dynamica building in the Waltrovka complex in Prague - Jinonice.
