FondArcona Capital Central European Properties as has concluded a long-term lease agreement with Allianz pojišťovna as (hereinafter referred to as “Allianz”) for renting office space in the Za Pasáže building in Pardubice. Allianz has leased over 1,100 m 2 of office space in the administrative center owned by the fund in the city center and is now fully occupied.

CPI Property Group ('CPIPG') announces that on 21 June 2019 it received a judgment of the Luxembourg District Court in which the Court of First Instance dismissed Kingstown's action against CPIPG 2015 as materially unenforceable against the CPIPG. Appeals against the project in the zoning proceedings were dismissed by the Appellate Body and in the coming days the zoning decision will come into force within the scope of a complex of six buildings. Eurovea 2 can thus continue the authorization process.
