In order for a project to be eligible for a competition, it must meet a few basic conditions . It must be "put on the market" in the true sense of the word. This means that at least 50 percent must be for rent or for sale; therefore, the owner can use a maximum of half. The project must be completed after 1 January 2018, but may not be nominated in the previous year of the competition (other stages of the project may be registered).
The decisive criteria for assessing the quality of submitted projects are the choice of location, urban and architectural design, quality of implementation, environmental friendliness and, of course, real estate market success. The project can only be appreciated by a project that adds significant added value.
