The new Office Islands complex comprises six office buildings bearing the names of six extraordinary islands found in various parts of the world and connected to various belts of vegetation. The histories of these islands and their culture, flora and fauna served as inspiration for the design of the individual buildings’ interiors, particularly their reception areas and atria. As a result, all of the buildings are unique, though together they form a unified complex with a distinct atmosphere.

The initial letters of the islands’ names form the acronym ISLAND. With regard to the concept of the project, this truly involves an island – an island of quality and comfort in a sea of ordinary offices.

Ithaca: A picturesque island in the Ionian Sea, home of the magnificent King Odysseus.
Svalbard: An Island in the Arctic Ocean historically connected with Viking culture.
Luzon: The largest Philippine island with numerous active volcanoes.
Andros: The largest island in the Bahamas, Andros boasts the world’s third-biggest barrier reef.
Niau: An atoll located in French Polynesia with an unforgettable green lagoon.
Dalma: An island in the Persian Gulf, renowned as a site of important pearl beds.
The Office Islands complex is located in Letňany in northeast Prague.

In the new millennium, Prague’s Letňany district has become one of the fastest-developing parts of the city (thanks not only to the extension of underground line C). The Letňany underground station and adjoining bus terminal have rapidly been transformed into an important transportation hub linking the city centre to the expansive area to the northeast of Prague. The Office Islands complex is located right at the Letňany underground station and is therefore very well accessible by public transport.

Today the complex is already very well connected to the main transport arteries running not only through Prague but also out of the city. Following completion of the planned urban ring road, transport accessibility will be even better.

City centre – 20 minutes by underground / 15 minutes by car
Exit to the D8 highway (towards Dresden, Berlin) – 2 minutes by car
Exit to the R10, R11 highways (towards Wroclaw) – 5 minutes by car
Prague-Ruzyně Airport – 40 minutes by car
