At a height of 109 metres, the City Tower is the tallest and most modern office building in the Czech Republic. Its 27 floors provide almost 50,000 square meters of office space offering unique vistas of Prague. Many major companies have their head offices there, including Raiffeisenbank, AC Nielsen, Glenmark Pharm, AWD and Hasbro among others. The top floor accommodates a luxury restaurant and conference rooms. The building, which has won a number of major prizes, was designed by globally recognised architect Richard Meier.
The City Tower is the dominant landmark of the Pankrác Plain, which is connected to the North/South trunk road and offers good transport accessibility. A new, modern city centre is being built in the area, including, among other buildings, the Arkády shopping centre, hotels, and a conference centre as well as new roads and crossroads.
Located on the Pankrác Plain, the City Tower is one of the most accessible office centres in Prague. It is easily reachable from the city centre, both from the Prague Ring Road and from the Brno direction, and has easily accessible parking. Direct access to the Pankrác Station of the metro line C is another advantage.
