The building Budova B is an office building located in the central part of the multifunctional Brumlovka locality, on the main Vyskočilova Street. The traffic accessibility is excellent: a bus stop right by the building, one stop to the Budějovická metro station (the C line) with a shuttle bus and 3 mass transit routes, a direct connection to the main artery, Prague ring road and D1 motorway. All the civic amenities can be found in the Brumlovka locality: restaurants, cafes, public cafeterias, a post office, a pharmacy, the Balance Club Brumlovka fitness and wellness centre, a supermarket, drug store, dry cleaners, flower shop, healthcare facilities and more. For rest and relaxation, for example during a lunch break, there are two public parks in Brumlovka locality – Baar Park and Brumlovka Park and now also Brumlovka Square with water features and seating.
