Classic 7 Business Park is a unique project that blends the past with the present. In its first phase the original buildings of the Holešovice Steam Mill were rebuilt as office spaces. Both of these listed buildings have been restored and complemented by a modern installation, the bridge that connects them. The primary concept behind the project was to combine the industrial architecture from the early 20th century with the most up-to-date technologies, thereby creating a unique, timeless space.

Each building offers flexible, divisible and fully-equipped office spaces with a total area of 18,000 square metres; there are additionally 60 underground and 168 above-ground parking spaces. In the second phase the construction of an additional office building with a total area of approximately 16,000 square metres is envisaged.
