Different temperatures in different rooms, air control or reducing the energy intensity of a building by efficient use of alternative sources. These are just some of the benefits of building automation. It offers simplification of maintenance and significant financial savings, especially for large office buildings, hotels or industrial buildings. In the Czech Republic, however, we still have a long way to go compared to the West.

In a survey of Facebook employees covered by the Harvard Business Review, the participants identified three things they wanted most from work: career, community, and cause. When those three critical elements are met, they give employees a sense of respect, care, and recognition from their community at work, and they report that they truly “bring their whole selves to work.” This sense of connection with a work community enriches their feeling of accomplishment, beyond the physical walls of the workplace.
Erste Group Immorent today inaugurated the Enterprise Office Center building, a new landmark in Praha 4. The 12-storey building offers 29,069 m2 of A Class premium office space, additional space for tenants, and also up to 400 parking places. STRABAG has erected the building based on architect Vladimír Krátký’s design.
Avast Software is planning to recruit 200 people this year. Due to that the company shall lease 15,000 square meter in a new office building Enterprise in Pankrac district, Prague.
Erste Group Immorent laid the cornerstone for its Enterprise Office Center, under development in Prague 4-Pankrác. The new project will go up between the Gemini office center and the D1 motorway.
