Best of Realty, a prestigious real estate competition, is a platform for the award and presentation of the most important real estate projects in the Czech Republic, organized by the Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN). The competition, in which the submitted projects are evaluated by independent experts from various areas of the real estate market, culminated in a gala evening held on Tuesday, November 12 at the Karlín Forum.

“The jury assessed almost seventy projects, the vast majority of which were truly of very high quality. This year, the competition also showed how many high-value and exceptional projects the Czech real estate market can generate,” says Tomáš Drtina from Incomind, who is the chairman of the expert jury and also the vice president of the Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN).

In the Large-Scale Residential Projects category, the highest award went to the Smíchov City project – the SM3 apartment block, which attracted attention with its diverse architecture and smooth integration into the urban structure of Smíchov. The jury awarded the Imperial Vineyard project for its innovative approach and use of state-of-the-art technologies that go beyond common standards. Third place went to the Astrid Garden project, which harmoniously combines greenery with new construction in the historic environment of Holešovice.
