V následujících minimálně třech letech se další podobný vrchol neočekává, déle než rok totiž nezačala žádná nová výstavba. I když investoři kladou stále větší důraz na udržitelnost budov, referenční ceny nájmů se zásadně neproměňují, pronajímatelé se naopak snaží lákat na štědřejší příspěvky či delší období nájemních prázdnin. Vyplývá to z průzkumu společnosti Colliers, předního poskytovatele diverzifikovaných profesionálních služeb v oblasti komerčních nemovitostí a správy investic.

The office buildings Palác Anděl and River Garden II/III in Prague and Wronia 31 in Warsaw were newly included in the list of properties with a WiredScore technology certificate. This certification is awarded to buildings with exceptional digital connectivity and teletechnical infrastructure. In addition, all three buildings received the highest rating of Platinum. The building owner, LaSalle, was supported by Colliers in the certification process.
Back in the 1980s, the Karolina coking plant operated in the Ostrava area. The part of the city that originally served mines and heavy industry was then an empty brownfield for several years. Working in coworking offices, i.e. in shared spaces, is gaining more and more popularity. Not only is the interest of companies in the volume of rentals of such capacities growing, but also the total share of coworking spaces on the Prague office market.
The largest provider of private flexible offices and coworking is expanding to include the Dock location in Libni in Prague 8. The Thirteenth Center will offer a total of 350 office spaces, event spaces, private terraces and over 20 meeting and other rooms for concentrated work to increase productivity on an area of 3,190 m2. Scott.Weber in the Dock will provide an extraordinary number of relaxation zones in the spirit of well-being to ensure physical and mental health, well-being and thus the overall satisfaction of the workers. It will also offer clients a bistro with a chef who will use fresh ingredients directly from the roof terrace with a garden. The concept of modular event spaces is also used in the Dock.
The Reico ČS Nemovitostní fund has agreed on the sale of the Rohan Business Center office building in Karlín, Prague. It was bought by the collective investment fund Fio realití fond. The value of the transaction is 31.3 million euros, i.e. approximately 740 million crowns. Reico ČS stated this on its website.
