The Reico ČS Nemovitostní fund has agreed on the sale of the Rohan Business Center office building in Karlín, Prague. It was bought by the collective investment fund Fio realití fond. The value of the transaction is 31.3 million euros, i.e. approximately 740 million crowns. Reico ČS stated this on its website.
The first quarter of this year brought a revival of the Prague office market. Growing demand may encounter a lower availability of new premium spaces in the coming years, as only a smaller number of new projects are currently under construction.
