The intimately conceived Building G, offering offices and business premises on four above-ground floors with a leasable area of 5500 m2, was designed by the architectural studio ATELIER 8000 and was completed in 2013. BREEAM certification ensures a high standard of good practice in sustainable construction and is a measure of recognition for the quality of the building with regards to the environment. The Very Good certificate level confirms that this, the sixteenth building in Prague’s BB Centrum, is respectful not only to the environment but also to people who work in it.

“Building G received this very high certification rating mainly due in part to the building construction management, thanks to the materials used and their effective utilisation, recycling and technological environmentally friendliness, transport accessibility, as well as the waste handling solution and energy use, and health protection and creating a pleasant working environment,” said Petr Dobuš, project manager, PASSERINVEST GROUP.

Out of a total of 5,137 m2 of office space, more than 60% is currently leased. The ground floor consists of 1,263 m2 of retail space, and there is only one vacant unit remaining. In addition to the companies mentioned above, the tenants also include the sports shops GolfProfi Store Praha and Runpremio, as well as KIINDI Thai restaurant, with its excellent fusion cuisine and interesting interior design.
