Nová Karolina Park administration building in the center of Ostrava has expanded its offer of public services with two new contact points for Czech insurance companies. The Health Insurance Company of the Ministry of the Interior (ZP MV ČR) also leased 570 m2 of offices in addition to its branch office, located on 125 m2 on the ground floor at the entrance to the courtyard of the building. On the ground floor of the northern part of the building, the Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company (ČPZP) also opened its branch on 68 m2.

The Nová Karolina Park office building currently has the last available business unit of 86 m2 and 2,600 m2 of office space. The Nová Karolina Park administrative building is sensitively located in the newly urbanized area of Ostrava near Masaryk Square and forms an imaginary gateway from the historical core of the city. The project developer is Passerinvest Group. The architectural design of the project was created by CMC architects by Vít Másl and David R. Chisholm. The project offers a total of 29,800 m2 of rentable office and retail space on six above-ground floors. In the underground floor there are 280 parking spaces intended for building users. New Karolina Park is certified as a BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) green building.
