Agile offices reduce operating costs, the BNP Paribas Real Estate study showed

The new designation emanating from Western European property markets can be applied to the working environment, from coworking to modular offices. This type of office is suitable for an increasing number of employees.

Coworking shakes the office market. There are already dozens of centers in Prague

Just a few years ago, the marginal phenomenon of office sharing, aka coworking, redraws the office market map. There are already thirty centers offering this service in Prague. Sharing space in the metropolis two years ago accounted for two percent of new office rentals. This year it will be fifteen percent, according to data from CBRE. There are now 65,000 square meters of coworking space in the capital.

Among CEE countries, the volume of investment in the first half increased the most in the Czech Republic

In the second quarter of 2019, the flow of commercial property investment recovered in the markets of six countries of the CEE region, reaching a peak of EUR 3.3 billion in the period. As a result of the weaker first quarter, total results for the first six months of last year's first six months of the year lagged by 3%, reaching EUR 5.5 billion. The highest volume of funds was invested in the Czech Republic during the first half of the year, where the volume of investments increased by 83% compared to last year.

CBRE Global Investors buys Praga Studios from Skanska

CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, facilitated the sale of the premium office building Praga Studios in Prague 8 - Karlin worth EUR 55 million. The newly built and already rented property with an area of ​​approximately 12,000 square meters was completed by the development company Skanska this June. CBRE Global Investors (CBRE GI) became its new owner.

EOH IT Hub in Prague

The technological hub of the South African giant is spread over two floors in the Main Point building in Prague's Pankrác. The authors of the project in this building have already realized several floors of offices. This time they decided to test its limits.
