CPI Property Group will purchase office space in Warsaw for EUR 800 million

CPI Property Group, the largest property owner in the Czech Republic, Berlin and Central and Eastern Europe, plans to acquire office space in the center of Warsaw worth more than EUR 800 million. At the same time, it expects that most transactions will be concluded by the end of 2019.

The BETA building in BB Centrum is fully occupied

The office and retail space in the Beta building at BB Centrum in Prague 4 is fully occupied. The last free square meters of office space has been rented by ANODIUS, a consulting company providing business solutions. The tenants of the building also include companies such as SAP CR, Savencia, DAS, Puma, Webhelp, O2 and UPS. Last year, the existing tenants of Uniprog and Webhelp Enterprise Sales Solutions expanded significantly in the administrative part, and Intens Corporation, a provider of services in the field of transport telematics, has moved in. The total lettable area of ​​the Beta building is 19,000 m2 on 9 above-ground and 3 underground floors, with 330 parking spaces available. The building was designed by Aulík Fišer architekti.
