CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate services, has mediated the lease of new offices to the Czech digital agency KOFEIN. The company will move to the recently completed Palmovka Open Park in Libeň, Prague.

Coworking changes the map of the Prague office market. The Spaces concept already offers 15,000 m2 in the most prestigious locations

This international flexible office provider offers more than 15,000 square meters in Prague. And he runs a tenth of the roughly forty coworking spaces in the Czech capital.
