Forum Karlín consists of several parts. The center of the complex is a multifunctional space for organizing musical, social and professional events. Part of the complex is the media newsroom of Economia Publishing House, located in the reconstructed premises of the historic building of the former boiler house. Another part is an office building offering offices with terraces and views of the surrounding area.

Although the Karlín estate has changed its owner, Bakaly will remain at this address. According to the director of Bakal's BM Management, Zuzana Řezníčková, the Warhorse game studio, where Bakala also invested, will be moving from there.

"The rising creator of the most successful Czech game Kingdom Come is going to be the small Karl Forum area," said Řezníčková.

Bakala, a former co-owner of the OKD mining company, is gradually releasing its assets in the Czech Republic. Among the large estates belonged to the Economia Publishing House (published by Respekt, Ekonom and Hospodářské noviny), and so far has been Forum Karlín.

Amundi Czech Republic is part of the Amundi Group, one of Europe's largest asset managers.
