KKCG Real Estate, owned by the Czech businessman Karel Komárek, plans to build a mixed-use complex on Evropská street in Prague 6. KKCG acquired the land with the project from the Swedish developer IKANO. The real estate arm of KKCG group plans to invest CZK 2bn into Centrum Bořislavka, which will include 24,000 sqm of offices and 10,000 sqm of retail, restaurants and cafés in four office buildings. The project will go up near the planned Červený vrch metro station, which is currently under construction. The complex, designed by Aulík Fišer Architekti, is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2017.
