The decisive criteria in assessing the quality of the nominated projects were the development of the site, urban and architectural solutions, including internal layouts, the quality of implementation and, last but not least, the success in the real estate market and the environmental friendliness of the project. A ten-member expert jury headed by Tomáš Drtina (Incomind agency), which also consisted of representatives of the Association for Real Estate Market Development (ARTN), the Czech Green Building Council, bankers, real estate agents and consulting companies, praised the Astrid Offices project for revitalizing the original office brownfield -production area, which is part of the dynamically developing Holešovice in Prague.
The international studio Bogle Architects took care of the architectural design of the Astrid Offices office building. "On behalf of our entire team, I can say that we are very pleased to win an award in a prestigious competition such as Best of Realty. During the implementation of the Astrid Offices project, we paid attention to quality architecture, which builds on the industrial history of Holešovice and at the same time brings a modern touch to the place, for example in the form of green atriums and terraces. We would like to thank the jury for the award. And we also thank the investor UBM for a great opportunity and cooperation on a beautiful project, "said co-owner of the architectural studio Viktorie Součková.
